Which fibre network will I be on?+

Whichever network actually reaches your address — Vumatel, Openserve, TT Connect, or any other fibre infrastructure already built to your business, office park or estate. We check coverage first and match you to the right network and package for your area.

How fast can email hosting be set up?+

Usually one to two business days once your domain's DNS settings are updated — that delay is normal and comes from how the internet propagates changes, not from us.

Do you register domains, or only host them?+

Both. We handle registration and hosting end-to-end, or take over hosting for a domain you've already registered elsewhere.

What's included in a call-out for IT, CCTV or network support?+

The call-out covers travel and diagnosis. Once we know what's wrong, we'll confirm the work needed — support is billed at R575 per hour — before doing anything further.

Am I locked into a long contract for fibre or hosting?+

Terms vary by network and package — some fibre options are month-to-month, others have a minimum period. We'll always tell you exactly what you're signing up for before you commit, no fine print surprises.

Can you take over from our current provider?+

Yes — switching fibre, hosting or email providers to us is something we handle regularly. We plan the cutover to minimise downtime and confirm everything's working on our end before your old service is cancelled.

What happens if our internet or email goes down?+

Call us directly on 016 004 0092 — outages get priority over scheduled work. We'll start diagnosing straight away, whether that means a remote fix or getting someone on-site.
